We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Senior Pre-Sales Consultant to join our team as we focus on new business opportunities within the Retail CPG sector.

About the role

• Drive execution of short-, mid-, and long-term strategic initiatives across sales, pre-sales, marketing, and customer success.
• Define and track team KPIs/OKRs aligned to business goals.
• Prioritize and track key initiatives — maintain dashboards, scorecards, and status reports.
• Manage weekly, monthly, and quarterly business reviews — prepare agendas, track actions, and follow-ups.
• Partner with cross-functional leaders to remove blockers, drive accountability, and ensure timely delivery.
• Provide analytical support and build business cases for new projects and investments.
• Act as a thought partner and execution arm for the GM to ensure focus on top priorities.

About you

• 8 or more years of experience in program/project management, strategy, or business operations.
• Strong analytical and Excel/PowerPoint skills; able to build metrics dashboards and models.
• Structured thinker with strong organizational and prioritization skills.
• Proactive, hands-on, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
