Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Strategic Operations Manager located in Dundigal Gandimaisamma. The Strategic Operations Manager will oversee daily operations, develop and implement strategic plans, manage various programs, and ensure operational efficiency. They will also be responsible for analyzing data to identify trends, communicating effectively with teams, and contributing to the continuous improvement of processes and procedures.

  • Proficient in Strategic Planning
  • Excellent Communication skills
  • Ability to work on-site and manage multiple tasks efficiently
  • Experience in the coconut industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Track all incoming orders from aggregator apps (Swiggy, Zomato, etc.) and direct channels.
  • Monitor order preparation time, delays, and cancellations.
  • Ensure timely updates to customers on delayed or cancelled orders.
  • Coordinate with kitchen staff for smooth order flow
  • Weekly Tasks.
  • Analyze sales performance across all brands/outlets in the cloud kitchen.
  • Track popular menu items, low-performing SKUs, and customer feedback.
  • Manage offers & discounts on aggregator platforms (timely updates, expiry checks).
  • Coordinate with marketing for ongoing campaigns.

Monthly Tasks

  • Prepare performance reports: order volume, revenue, cancellations, refunds, repeat customers.
  • Suggest strategies to improve order ratings and reduce cancellations.
  • Study competitor offers & pricing strategies.
  • Brainstorm new offers/combos to increase order value.
  • Work with management on expansion strategies (new items, locations, platforms).

Additional Responsibilities

  • Maintain strong aggregator relationships (Swiggy, Zomato account managers).
  • Monitor customer complaints/resolution timelines.
  • Track inventory requirements for high-demand items based on sales trends.
  • Support in planning seasonal offers & festival campaigns
