Role Description We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Senior Quality Analyst / Quality Assurance Executive to oversee and ensure the quality of all fruit-based products throughout the production lifecycle. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing and monitoring food safety standards, conducting laboratory and sensory evaluations, and ensuring compliance with regulatory and company-defined specifications. Key Responsibilities: 1. Quality Control & Inspection Conduct daily quality checks on raw materials (fruits and vegetables) upon receiving, including appearance, ripeness, texture, damage, and spoilage. Perform in-process quality checks during sorting, cutting, packaging, and storage to ensure hygienic handling and consistent output. Inspect finished goods for appearance, taste, aroma, texture, weight, labeling, and shelf life. 2. Laboratory & Analytical Testing Carry out basic laboratory tests to monitor microbial load, pH levels, TSS (Total Soluble Solids), and other analytical parameters relevant to fruit products. Ensure sampling and testing protocols align with FSSAI or ISO standards. Maintain all test records and calibration logs of lab equipment. 3. Hygiene & Sanitation Monitoring Monitor the personal hygiene of staff working in processing areas. Conduct regular checks of processing rooms, equipment, and utensils to ensure they meet sanitation and cleaning standards. Report any deviations and provide support in root cause analysis and corrective actions. 4. Documentation & Compliance Maintain detailed daily records of raw material inspection, wastage, yield, processing time, batch production, and finished product quality. Ensure traceability and documentation of each batch as per SOP and audit requirements. Assist in internal and external audits – including FSSAI, ISO, GMP, and customer audits. 5. Process Improvement & Training Identify opportunities to reduce fruit wastage , improve yield and enhance product consistency. Work with production and procurement teams to provide feedback on supplier quality and recommend improvements. Conduct training sessions on hygiene, food safety, SOP adherence, and quality standards for the production team. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Food Technology, Microbiology, Biochemistry , or related field. 1–3 years of experience in food processing or fresh produce quality assurance. Strong understanding of GMP, HACCP, FSSAI , and food hygiene standards. Hands-on experience with quality testing instruments and basic lab analysis. Good documentation and reporting skills. Ability to work in cold storage and production environments as needed. Detail-oriented, disciplined, and strong observational skills. Preferred Skills: Experience working in fruit and vegetable processing, cold-pressed juices, or fresh-cut produce is a plus. Working knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets for documentation and reporting. Working Conditions: It will involve time spent in processing units, cold rooms, lab areas , and packaging zones. Role Description We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive / Manager to lead the sales efforts for our fruit-based product range . This includes products such as fresh-cut fruits, cold-pressed juices, fruit-based snacks, and other perishable or value-added offerings. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing strategic partnerships, and driving revenue growth across key markets such as retail, HoReCa (Hotels, Restaurants, Cafes), institutions, distributors, and modern trade. Qualifications Analytical Skills and Market Research abilities Experience in expanding business across India. Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships Previous sales experience in the food or agricultural industry would be beneficial. A bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field will be added advantage. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Food Technology , or related field. MBA preferred for Manager level. 2–5 years of proven sales/business development experience in FMCG, food processing, fresh produce , or horticulture-based sectors. Generate high-quality leads through cold calling, site visits, social media outreach, and networking. 2. Sales Planning & Execution Develop and implement a territory-wise sales plan to meet monthly, quarterly, and annual targets. Manage the entire sales cycle : from pitching and proposal to negotiation, closure, and after-sales coordination. Achieve revenue, volume, and margin targets for different product categories. 3. Client Relationship Management Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, retail buyers, procurement managers, and food service operators. Ensure timely feedback collection , address product/service issues, and coordinate with internal teams for smooth execution. Drive customer loyalty and repeat business by delivering value-driven solutions . 4. Distribution & Channel Development Appoint and manage channel partners, distributors, and resellers to ensure product reach and market penetration. Monitor stock movement, sales performance, and order fulfilment at distributor and retail levels. 5. Reporting & Analysis Maintain daily/weekly reports on leads, calls made, client visits, order status, and closures. Analyze sales data to identify performance gaps and opportunities for growth. Provide inputs to marketing and product teams based on customer feedback and market insights. 6. Collaboration & Cross-functional Coordination Coordinate closely with production, logistics, QA, and accounts teams to ensure timely order fulfillment, quality assurance, and payment follow-ups. Collaborate with the marketing team for trade promotions, product launches, POS materials, and sampling campaigns. Preferred Skills: Prior experience selling in modern trade, HoReCa, or institutional channels is a strong advantage. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools (Zoho, HubSpot, etc.). Exposure to supply chain, inventory , and sales forecasting is a plus. Working Conditions: Combination of field sales, client meetings, and coordination with internal teams.
