Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Operations Assistant located in Dundigal Gandimaisamma. The Operations Assistant will be responsible for supporting daily operations, coordinating with various departments, managing operational activities, providing customer service, and ensuring seamless workflow. The role requires maintaining operational efficiency and addressing any issues that arise promptly.

Qualifications

• Operations and Operations Management skills.
• Monitor and track all incoming online orders via the company’s order management platform.
• Verify order details and ensure timely updates on order status until delivery completion.
• Communicate with store teams for order fulfillment, dispatch, and issue resolution.
• Track inventory levels across all stores to ensure product availability for online orders.
• Coordinate with the procurement and store teams to replenish stock when required.
• Identify and escalate discrepancies in order status or inventory records.
• Generate daily and weekly reports on orders, deliveries, and stock levels.
• Maintain accurate records in the system for both order and inventory data.
• Strong Analytical and Problem-Solving skills
• Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills
• Customer Service experience
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field is a plus
