Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Strategic & Operations Leader with 15 to 20 years of operations and leadership experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have great communication and team building skills, with the ability to lead proposal and financial plan delivery.

Roles and Responsibility

Develop and implement strategic plans to create scalable enterprises.
Lead proposal and financial plan delivery for rural and agri enterprise development projects.
Manage and oversee the development of new business opportunities in rural areas.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
Identify and mitigate risks associated with business development.
Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform business decisions.

Job Requirements

Minimum 15 years of operations and leadership experience in a related field.
