As a Strategic Key Account Manager at ALTA Performance Materials India LLP, you will play a vital role in driving revenue growth, building strong relationships, and contributing to high-performance solutions in a dynamic and collaborative environment. Key Responsibilities: - Account Strategy and Planning: - Develop and implement strategic account plans tailored to the needs of key clients. - Conduct regular market analysis to identify growth opportunities and align strategies accordingly. - Establish account objectives and monitor performance against targets. - Relationship Management: - Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders in client organizations. - Act as the primary point of contact for strategic accounts, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction. - Resolve client issues proactively, maintaining a professional and solutions-oriented approach. - Sales and Revenue Growth: - Drive revenue growth by identifying cross-selling and upselling opportunities within key accounts. - Collaborate with internal teams to tailor solutions and services that meet client needs. - Achieve and exceed assigned sales and growth targets. - Collaboration and Team Leadership: - Work closely with internal teams to deliver seamless client experiences. - Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members in account management best practices. - Reporting and Analysis: - Regularly track and report on account performance metrics, including revenue, profitability, and customer satisfaction. - Prepare and present business reviews to senior management and clients. Qualification Required: - Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. - MBA or advanced degree in a related field would be an added advantage. - Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in key account management or strategic sales, preferably in B2B or enterprise solutions. - Proven track record of managing and growing strategic accounts in India. - Managed a single Key account of size INR 200-400 MN/Annum. - Technical Proficiency: - Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills. - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. - Proficiency in CRM tools and data-driven decision-making. - Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. - Analytical Skills: - Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. - Experience in data analysis and metrics-driven product development.,
