Position Summary

Strategic Financial & Market Analyst

The right candidate will be motivated to dig deep into financial data, pricing models, and market trends to help leadership make smart, strategic decisions. From evaluating whether a product is viable, to identifying where Bridge should expand geographically or sector-wise, you will directly influence the direction of the company. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain financial models for forecasting, budgeting, ROI analysis, and scenario planning across divisions and markets.
• Conduct feasibility studies to assess project viability, potential impact, and alignment with company strategy.
• Lead product pricing analyses, helping define strategies that balance competitiveness and profitability.
• Perform market research and benchmarking (local and global) to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for expansion.
• Build models and recommendations for entering new markets, industries, or geographies.
• Support the creation of investor and client pitch materials with data-driven insights, financial slides, and compelling narratives.
• Collaborate with leadership to evaluate new business initiatives, providing clear and actionable financial and market insights.
• Identify risks, opportunities, and optimization strategies across business lines.
• Prepare regular reports and presentations for executives, potential investors, and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
• 2+ years of professional experience in financial analysis, business analysis, or strategy (experience in startups, high-growth environments, or new-market entry is strongly preferred).
• Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills; financial modeling experience required.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to turn complex data into clear recommendations.
• Experience in FMCG, Pharmaceuticals, Healthcare, or Outsourcing industries a strong plus.
• Prior exposure to fundraising support, pitch decks, or investor relations is advantageous.
