Role Description

We are looking for an experienced Strategic Partnership Manager to lead and scale our CPL (Cost Per Lead) and CPA (Cost Per Acquisition) campaigns. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in affiliate 

partnerships, advertiser/publisher management, and a proven record of driving ROI-focused digital 

campaigns.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Campaign Strategy & Execution: 

o Plan, execute, and optimize CPL and CPA campaigns across multiple platforms and verticals. 

o Set realistic KPIs and ensure campaign profitability and ROI. 

  • Partnership Management: 

o Identify, onboard, and manage brands and advertisers. 

o Negotiate deals and pricing models to achieve maximum margins. 

o Maintain strong relationships with key partners to ensure consistent campaign delivery. 

  • Performance Monitoring: 

o Track campaign performance through analytics tools and internal dashboards. 

o Provide insights and data-driven recommendations to improve conversion rates. 

o Handle daily pacing, lead validation, and fraud monitoring. 

  • Team & Client Coordination: 

o Collaborate with the creative, tech, and operations teams to ensure campaign readiness. 

o Coordinate with clients to understand goals, share reports, and manage expectations. 

  • Business Growth: 

o Identify new business opportunities in CPL/CPA models across industries. 

o Forecast revenue, manage budgets, and ensure consistent profitability. 


Key Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong understanding of CPL, CPA, CPI marketing models. 
  • Proficiency in affiliate networks, tracking tools (e.g., HasOffers, Affise, Trackier). 
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign data and optimize performance. 
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills. 
  • Knowledge of lead generation, conversion funnels, and ad fraud detection. 
  • Team management and client handling experience.
