Strategic Account Manager

As a Strategic Account Manager for Advanced Therapies, your primary role will be to drive Therapy Upgradation and Adoption in the assigned market. You will be responsible for managing and growing relationships with Key Customers, developing and executing sales strategies to ensure customer satisfaction. **Key Responsibilities:** - Implement and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand business within assigned accounts - Drive revenue growth by identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities, introducing new products or services - Create and execute account plans through customer visits and presentations, identifying growth opportunities and addressing challenges - Gain a deep understanding of key accounts" business goals, challenges, and opportunities - Collect and analyze market data to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive activities - Communicate effectively with customers to address inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure satisfaction - Utilize negotiation skills to close deals with customers **Qualifications Required:** - Proven experience in strategic account management or sales in the medical devices industry - Strong communication and negotiation skills - Ability to analyze sales data and track performance metrics - Experience in collaborating with internal teams for seamless market delivery - Innovative problem-solving skills to provide tailored solutions for customer needs This role also requires you to provide clinical demonstration and training to customers on product usage, develop Key Opinion Leaders (KOL) for advocacy, and analyze data for performance tracking and improvement. Additionally, you will collaborate with internal teams like Sales, Technical Service, Marketing, and Clinical Teams to ensure seamless delivery in the market while providing innovative and tailored solutions that address specific customer needs.,
