About the Role

You’ll be the creative brain behind our agency’s storytelling videos and client-facing social media content.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conceptualize, script, and produce

    short-form storytelling videos

    for Instagram, YouTube Shorts, TikTok, and Meta.
  • Develop monthly

    content strategies & storytelling calendars

    for both our agency and select clients.
  • Write

    hooks, captions, and CTAs

    that connect emotionally and drive action.
  • Shoot, edit, or guide editors to deliver scroll-stopping videos and reels.
  • Research

    trends, sounds, and storytelling formats

    and adapt them to our brand voice.
  • Analyze content performance (views, retention, engagement, follower growth) and optimize for results.
  • Repurpose content across multiple platforms and formats.
  • Occasionally appear on-camera or direct creators for brand storytelling shoots.

What We’re Looking For

  • 3–5 years of

    experience in content creation, storytelling, or social media marketing

    (agency or brand side).
  • A

    portfolio

    that showcases strong storytelling videos, social campaigns, or character-driven content.
  • Deep understanding of

    short-form storytelling

    : emotional hooks, pacing, and retention.
  • Proficiency with tools like

    CapCut, Premiere Pro, or Canva

    for editing and visual storytelling.
  • Excellent

    English writing and communication skills

    — able to turn marketing ideas into relatable narratives.
  • Data-driven mindset — you know how to read analytics and adjust creative direction.
  • Comfortable managing content pipelines, editors, and deadlines.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with

    service-based or marketing agency brands.

  • Basic understanding of

    Google/Meta Ads

    (to align storytelling with campaign goals).
  • Familiarity with

    AI content tools

    for ideation, scripting, and automation.
  • Past experience scaling pages or brands to high engagement levels (e.g., 100K+ followers or viral reach).
  • Ability to storyboard and pitch new video ideas weekly.
