🎭 About the Role

You’ll be the creative storyteller behind PPC Guru’s own content and select client brands.

Your mission: to make marketing content engaging, emotional, and binge-worthy.

From scripting and shooting short-form videos to finding viral hooks and formats, you’ll turn everyday marketing ideas into stories that perform organically across Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube Shorts.

You’ll work closely with our strategy and editing teams to create content that doesn’t just get views — it gets remembered.


🛠️ Key Responsibilities
  • Write, direct, and produce short-form storytelling videos around marketing, business, and creative topics
  • Research trends, viral sounds, and formats — and adapt them with your own storytelling twist
  • Craft emotional hooks, strong CTAs, and narrative scripts that keep viewers watching till the end
  • Occasionally appear on-camera or direct other creators for brand storytelling shoots
  • Collaborate with designers and editors to ensure final videos are engaging and aligned with brand tone
  • Analyze performance metrics (views, retention, engagement) and evolve your creative direction accordingly
  • Experiment with new ideas weekly — testing different story angles, pacing, and formats


🧠 What We’re Looking For
  • 2–5 years of experience as a

    content creator or storyteller

    (preferably in marketing, business, or creator niches)
  • A strong portfolio of

    storytelling or educational short-form videos

    (Reels, Shorts, TikToks, etc.)
  • Proven understanding of what makes videos go viral — pacing, emotional pull, retention
  • Excellent English communication and writing skills
  • Ability to think visually — from scripting and framing shots to guiding edits
  • Deep familiarity with platforms like Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and TikTok
  • Comfortable working remotely with a creative team across time zones


💡 Nice to Have
  • Experience creating marketing or ad-industry-related content
  • On-camera experience (personal creator or brand side)
  • Basic editing skills in CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar tools
  • Knowledge of AI tools for ideation or scripting
  • Past record of achieving viral reach (e.g., 100K+ views organically)
