Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise day-to-day store operations to ensure efficiency.
Manage and monitor stock levels, inventory movement, and replenishment.
Ensure proper implementation of company policies and SOPs.
Guide and train store associates to deliver excellent service.
Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and quality standards.
Address customer concerns and resolve escalations effectively.
Coordinate with operations and supply chain teams for timely stock availability.
