About the Role

A leading luxury retail group is looking for a Store Manager to lead its exclusive Luxury Watches Store in Haldwani. The ideal candidate must have proven experience in managing a premium brand outlet and be passionate about delivering exceptional customer service in a high-end retail environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the luxury watch store, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning
• Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to meet and exceed performance targets
• Ensure world-class customer service standards, catering to high-profile clientele
• Maintain strong visual merchandising and uphold premium brand presentation
• Manage inventory, stock levels, ordering, and timely replenishment
• Handle customer queries, complaints, and after-sales service in a professional manner
• Prepare sales reports, team performance updates, and store audits
• Ensure team grooming, discipline, and adherence to company standards

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience managing a luxury/premium retail store (watches, jewellery, fashion, or lifestyle segments preferred)
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Well-versed in client handling, team coordination, and sales strategy
• Proficient in retail operations, billing systems, and inventory management
• Professional grooming and presentation, with fluency in English & Hindi
