Job Summary

The Showroom Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the showroom, ensuring an excellent customer experience, maximizing sales performance, and maintaining the visual standards of the display area. This role involves supervising staff, managing inventory, coordinating marketing activities, and ensuring that the showroom reflects the brand’s image and values.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Experience & Sales
  • Greet and assist customers, providing professional product knowledge and advice.
  • Ensure the highest standards of customer service and satisfaction.
  • Drive sales targets and monitor team performance.
  • Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints efficiently.
  • Showroom Operations
  • Manage day-to-day showroom activities including opening and closing procedures.
  • Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure product displays are attractive and up-to-date.
  • Monitor inventory levels, coordinate stock replenishment, and manage product orders.
  • Ensure the showroom is clean, safe, and compliant with company policies.
  • Team Management
  • Recruit, train, and supervise showroom sales staff.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and motivate the team to achieve goals.
  • Create staff schedules and manage attendance.
  • Marketing & Promotions
  • Coordinate with marketing teams for product launches, events, and promotions.
  • Implement in-store marketing strategies to attract customers and increase foot traffic.
  • Reporting & Administration
  • Prepare daily/weekly/monthly sales reports.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement improvement strategies.
  • Manage budgets and expenses for the showroom.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Retail Management, or related field.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in retail sales, showroom management, or similar roles.
  • Proven leadership and people management skills.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and POS systems.
  • Attention to detail with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,901.01 - ₹20,000.00 per month
