Store Manager

As a Store Manager with a Luxury Retail Brand, you will be responsible for ensuring sales and margins align with agreed budgets. Your role will involve training, motivating, and managing the performance of team members. You will also be in charge of Visual Merchandising and maintaining mystery shopping scores at the store. Building and maintaining customer relationships through high standards of personalized customer service is a key aspect of your job. Staying updated on new products, brand developments, and industry news is essential. Ensuring that store operations comply with SOPs & ICP and overseeing administrative tasks are also part of your responsibilities.
