Job Description

Job Role Summary:

Previous Experience Store Manager is Mandatory

Strong customer Service Orientation , Age Upto 30

Oversee daily store operations to ensure smooth functioning and high customer satisfaction
Manage inventory levels, ordering, and merchandising to optimize sales and minimize shrinkage
Supervise, train, and motivate store staff, setting performance goals and handling scheduling
Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to achieve targets
Ensure adherence to company policies, safety standards, and cleanliness
Handle customer complaints and resolve issues effectively
Prepare reports on sales, staff performance, and operational efficiency
Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure stock availability
Collaborate with regional teams for promotional activities
Ensure compliance with financial procedures, including cash handling and banking
