About the Role
We are seeking an exceptional and results-driven Store Manager to lead our flagship stores. As the face of our brand, you will play a pivotal role in curating an unparalleled shopping experience, cultivating a high-performing team, and driving consistent sales growth.
This position requires a dynamic leader with a refined understanding of luxury retail, a deep appreciation for fashion, and an unwavering commitment to delivering impeccable customer service aligned with our brand's elevated aesthetic and core values.
You will be entrusted with upholding the brand’s image, ensuring operational excellence, and nurturing a team culture rooted in collaboration, professionalism, and excellence. You will also act as a vital liaison between the store and the brand’s leadership team, providing valuable insights and contributing meaningfully to the brand’s ongoing success.
Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Performance Management
- Drive and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets and KPIs.
- Analyse sales performance and customer trends to identify growth opportunities.
- Propose and execute engaging in-store events and promotions to enhance foot traffic and boost conversion.
- Provide timely insights to brand owners regarding fast- and slow-moving inventory.
- Support the sales team during peak hours and client interactions.
- Assist salespeople with customised orders and support stylists with customisation experiences.
Customer Experience Excellence
- Ensure each client receives a personalised, immersive, and memorable luxury shopping experience.
- Develop long-term relationships with high-value clientele to drive loyalty and repeat business.
- Handle inquiries, feedback, and escalations with tact and empathy.
- Resolve customer complaints effectively to maintain high satisfaction levels.
- Oversee accuracy and quality of alterations in collaboration with stylists.
Team Leadership & Development
- Lead, inspire, and mentor a motivated, fashion-savvy sales team.
- Foster strong interpersonal relationships to build a supportive, high-performing store environment.
- Conduct regular performance assessments and provide tailored coaching.
- Recruit, train, and retain top retail talent aligned with the brand’s values.
- Lead by example, upholding professionalism, appearance, and service standards.
Visual Merchandising & Store Presentation
- Ensure the store reflects the brand's premium aesthetic through meticulous merchandising.
- Maintain an elevated showroom environment aligned with seasonal themes and campaigns.
- Oversee product presentation and accessibility for clients.
- Supervise weekly rack display updates and mannequin styling.
Operations & Inventory Management
- Oversee all day-to-day store operations, including opening/closing procedures.
- Ensure operations align with company SOPs and brand guidelines.
- Monitor showroom hygiene and environment standards.
- Manage daily cash flow accuracy with the cashier.
- Ensure timely delivery of finished products (sarees, lehengas, gowns, etc.).
- Communicate with franchisor on stock, orders, and operational needs.
- Conduct weekly stock audits and supervise inventory management.
- Ensure tailoring schedules and jobs are completed on time and with quality.
Brand Representation & Market Awareness
- Serve as a brand ambassador, reflecting the brand’s image and values.
- Stay updated on fashion trends, industry shifts, and competitors.
- Collaborate with marketing and merchandising teams to align store activities with brand initiatives.
Qualifications + Requirements
- Proven experience in luxury or premium fashion retail management (flagship/boutique preferred).
- Strong leadership presence with ability to build and motivate teams.
- Deep understanding of luxury clientele expectations and refined customer experiences.
- Exceptional communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills. Male candidates only.
- Natural eye for aesthetics, styling, and contemporary fashion trends.
- Hands-on approach to retail operations, including custom orders, stock control, and merchandising.
- Located in Pune and available for a face to face interview
- Prefer Male candidates between the age of 33 to 40
