Store Manager

Position : Store Manager Experience : 4-7 yrs Location : Infiniti II Mall – Malad, Link Road, Near Goregaon Sport Club, Malad (W), Mumbai - 400 064, Maharashtra. Job description: · To drive & achieve the set sales targets for the assigned outlet.(as per annexure attached) · To manage and motivate the reporting team. · To continuously gain knowledge on gaming platform and to educate the team. · To bring in customer centric approach in store activities. · To do proper stock arrangement and positioning · To maintain the hygiene of the store high. · To ensure the discipline is highly maintained in the store by all the time by everyone. · To follow the set process involved in the below mentioned functions o Purchase o Sales o Purchase return o Sales return o Service receipt o Service delivery - (prior internal/ post external) o Stocks management o Store management o Admin & hr · To closely work with various department for every activity involved. · To prepare and update the assigned details /reports on timely manner and escalation to reporting. · Management in case of facing challenges if any. · To ensure 100 % accuracy in stocks and 0% pilferage in the outlet Desire skill: · Must experience in retail industry. · Have knowledge about Gaming. · Good written & verbal communication skills. · Positive attitude with good learning skill. · Good verbal and written communication skills. · Strong interpersonal skills required. · Strong negotiation and coordination skills.
