Job description Title: Logistic Coordinator Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Logistics Coordinator with a focus on dispatch operations to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in coordinating transportation, managing shipments, and ensuring timely delivery of goods. Responsibility: - Coordinate and schedule dispatch of shipments to ensure timely and accurate delivery. - Manage and track shipments from and ensuring compliance with delivery schedules. - Monitor and respond to any issues or delays during the transportation process. - Act as the primary point of contact between customers, carriers, and internal teams. - Provide timely updates to customers regarding shipment status, delays, or issues. - Coordinate with drivers to ensure smooth handoff of shipments. - Maintain accurate records of dispatch activities and shipment details. Requirements and skills: - Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience) - Proven experience in logistics coordination, dispatch, or a similar role preferred- - Basic communication and listening skills. - Self-motivated Schedule: · Experience-1+ Years · Monday to Friday · Night shift · US shift-6pm to 4am IST Work Location: Vadodara , Gujarat Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹11,589.70 - ₹30,604.99 per month Benefits: Paid sick time Paid time off Schedule: Evening shift Monday to Friday Night shift US shift Supplemental Pay: Performance bonus Yearly bonus Work Location: In person
