Overview:

We are looking for an experienced and energetic Store Manager to lead our Pizza & Wings outlet in Karnal. In this role, you’ll take full responsibility for store operations — from team leadership and customer satisfaction to inventory control and sales performance. Your Role Includes:

• Managing daily store functions, ensuring smooth and efficient operation
• Recruiting, training, and supervising staff; fostering a positive team culture
• Monitoring food preparation, cleanliness, and adherence to safety standards
• Handling cash, POS systems, and daily financial reporting
• Driving sales targets and controlling operational costs
• Dealing with vendor management, ordering supplies, and stock rotation
• Resolving customer concerns in a professional, timely manner
• Ensuring compliance with company policies and local regulations
• Taking accountability for the store’s performance and team productivity

Skills & Qualifications:

• Prior experience as a store manager or supervisor in QSR, pizza, or fast food environment
• Strong leadership and decision-making abilities
• Clear communication and problem-solving skills
• Familiarity with basic budgeting, reporting, and cost control
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced setting
• Flexible with work schedule, including weekends and holidays
• Diploma or bachelor’s degree preferred
• Food safety knowledge/certification is a plus
