Store Manager

As the Showroom Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the showroom to ensure it is well-maintained, organized, and visually appealing. Your role will involve managing the showroom layout and merchandising to create an engaging, customer-friendly shopping environment that highlights seasonal collections and promotions. It will be crucial to ensure the showroom is stocked with the latest inventory and coordinate with the boutique team for stock replenishment as needed. You will be expected to maintain a clean, welcoming, and stylish showroom that aligns with the brand's aesthetic and luxury standards. Leading by example, you will deliver exceptional customer service by providing personalized attention and styling assistance to all customers. Your responsibilities will include assisting customers with product selection, offering styling advice, and ensuring they have an outstanding shopping experience. Monitoring showroom sales performance, setting sales goals, and implementing strategies to meet or exceed targets will be a key aspect of your role. Handling customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints professionally and in alignment with the boutique's customer service standards will also be part of your responsibilities. Supervising, training, and motivating the showroom team to ensure high levels of performance and professionalism will be essential in this position. You will conduct regular performance reviews, provide coaching, and encourage personal development among staff members. Scheduling staff shifts to ensure optimal coverage during peak hours, events, and sales periods will also be part of your duties. Additionally, you will oversee inventory management to ensure accurate stock levels and effective rotation of merchandise. Collaborating with the inventory team to track incoming and outgoing merchandise, performing stock checks, and ensuring proper storage of products will be crucial. Ensuring that all merchandise is correctly tagged, priced, and displayed according to the boutique's standards will be important in maintaining the showroom's visual appeal. Managing stock replenishment and ensuring the showroom is well-stocked with key items, new arrivals, and bestsellers will also be part of your responsibilities.
