Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Store Manager, located in Ahmedabad. The Store Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations of the store, managing store staff, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, and implementing retail loss prevention strategies. This role includes driving sales targets, maintaining store standards, displaying exceptional customer service, and liaising with the head office for inventory and reporting.

• Knowledge of Retail Loss Prevention strategies
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field
• Previous experience in retail or similar industry is a plus
