Role Description

The Store Manager role is a full-time, on-site position based in Gandhinagar Gujarat. The Store Manager will oversee store operations, ensure customer satisfaction, manage staff, handle inventory, implement retail strategies, and prevent loss. Other responsibilities include training team members, maintaining store visual merchandising standards, and addressing customer service concerns to provide a positive shopping experience.

Qualifications

• Kids wear Experiance first prefrance.

• Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills to ensure a positive and memorable shopping experience
• Strong Communication skills for interacting with customers and managing team collaboration
• Expertise in Store Management, including inventory control and team leadership
• Knowledge of Retail Loss Prevention practices to minimize shrinkage and maintain security
• Proven ability to manage a retail store effectively and achieve business targets
• Adaptability, leadership abilities, and strong decision-making skills
• Prior experience in retail management is advantageous
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Retail Management, or a related field is preferred
