About the Role:

Store Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the overall operations of the retail store
Lead and supervise store staff, ensuring productivity and service standards
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Maintain inventory levels and ensure timely stock replenishment
Ensure proper display and visual merchandising of products
Handle customer queries, complaints, and escalations
Prepare daily sales reports and update management with performance metrics
Ensure compliance with billing, cash handling, and POS procedures
Train new joiners and conduct regular staff briefings

Requirements:

Minimum 3 years of experience as a Store Manager or Assistant Manager in an
electronics retail store
Strong leadership and team management skills
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Good knowledge of electronic products (mobiles, home appliances, consumer durables, etc.)
Proficient in basic computer skills and POS systems
Flexible to work on weekends and holidays
