Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Store Manager based in Adoor. The Store Manager will oversee daily store operations, ensuring customer satisfaction and optimal store performance. Responsibilities include managing staff, maintaining inventory, implementing sales strategies, fostering customer relationships, and ensuring a high standard of customer service. Additionally, the Store Manager will focus on achieving sales targets, preventing retail loss, and contributing to the overall success of the store.

• Strong Communication skills
• Experience in Store Management
• Knowledge of Retail Loss Prevention practices
• Leadership abilities and team management skills
• Good organizational and problem-solving skills
• Relevant experience in the retail industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Retail Management, or related field
