Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Store Manager for REEBOK at Aditya Birla Lifestyle Brands Limited, located in Bengaluru. The Store Manager will oversee daily operations of the Reebok store, ensure high levels of customer satisfaction, manage store staff, and achieve sales targets. Key responsibilities will include maintaining inventory accuracy, implementing retail loss prevention measures, analyzing sales data, and optimizing store performance.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service to enhance the shopping experience and build long-term customer loyalty.
• Strong Communication skills to effectively interact with staff and customers, ensuring seamless store operations.
• Experience in Store Management, including overseeing staff, monitoring performance, and meeting sales and operational goals.
• Knowledge of Retail Loss Prevention practices to protect company assets and minimize losses.
• Strong leadership capabilities, problem-solving skills, and ability to motivate teams to achieve targets.
• Prior experience in retail, specifically in footwear, apparel, or sporting goods, is a plus.
