Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Store Manager at our Vijayawada location. The Store Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily store operations, managing sales and customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction, and implementing store policies. Additional responsibilities include maintaining inventory, managing staff, preventing retail loss, and ensuring the store meets operational and financial goals.

Qualifications

• Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills
• Excellent Communication skills
• Experience in Store Management
• Knowledge of Retail Loss Prevention
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Ability to work independently and make informed decisions
• Previous experience in retail or art studio management is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred
