The Recipe for Success:

We are looking for a passionate and results-driven Retail Store Manager to lead Le Creuset store operations. You'll combine strategic thinking with hands-on leadership to deliver exceptional customer experience, drive sales performance, and build strong connections with the customers.

What's on your Daily Menu

  • Lead, motivate, and develop the store team to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer experience.
  • Oversee day-to-day store operations, including inventory management, cash handling, and visual merchandising.
  • Manage staff scheduling, attendance, and performance evaluations.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as sales conversion, average transaction value, and footfall.
  • Ensure the highest level of customer service and brand experience at all times.
  • Maintain in-depth product knowledge to assist and inspire customers effectively.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and operational procedures.
  • Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure smooth stock flow and replenishment.
  • Ensure store displays are updated in line with seasonal changes, promotions, and new launches.
  • Collaborate with marketing, finance, and operations teams to support business goals and store initiatives.

The Perfect Blend: Your ingredients for Success

Experience:

  • A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a luxury retail environment with store management responsibility.
  • Experience working with premium fashion/home wares products preferable.

Education/Qualifications:

  • MBA or bachelor's degree.

Skills and Knowledge:

  • Proficiency in both written and spoken English with strong communication abilities.
  • Excellent customer service skills with a focus on maintaining brand and operational standards.
  • Strong sales and upselling skills with the ability to convert opportunities into results.
  • Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel skills to intermediate level.
