Store Manager

Position- Senior Store In-Charge (Hospital Inventory Management)

Experience- 7–8 years minimum in hospital or healthcare inventory/store roles

Qualification: Graduate / Diploma in Hospital Management

• Manage complete non-medical inventory for the hospital.
• Supervise a team of store assistants and ensure daily operations run smoothly.
• Maintain accurate stock levels, reorder levels, expiry tracking, and consumption reporting.
• Ensure proper storage of temperature-sensitive items and maintain FIFO/FEFO.
• Handle procurement requests, vendor coordination, GRNs, and inward-outward tracking.
• Maintain compliance with hospital and regulatory standards.
• Monthly and quarterly audits, reconciliation with accounts and purchase departments.
• Strong understanding of hospital-specific items (surgical, pharma, consumables, lab reagents).

Mandatory Requirements:

• Previous experience in hospital/hospital chain/medical college preferred.
• Excellent knowledge of medical inventory software (like Medixcel, eHospital, or similar).
• Strong documentation, organizational, and people management skills.
