Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Kochi for a Store Manager. The Store Manager will oversee the daily operations of the store, ensure excellent customer service, manage staff, maintain inventory, and implement retail loss prevention strategies. The Store Manager will work closely with customers to ensure their satisfaction and handle any inquiries or issues that arise.

• Leadership and team management abilities
• Experience in the pet industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field preferred
