Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for Sales Staff based in Tiruvalla. Responsibilities include assisting customers with product inquiries, providing recommendations, and delivering excellent customer service. The Sales Staff will ensure proper stocking and display of products, process transactions efficiently, and maintain a clean and orderly store environment. The role also involves staying knowledgeable about the products and services offered, responding to customer feedback, and promoting special offers or new arrivals.

Qualifications

• Sales and customer service skills, including the ability to communicate effectively with customers and meet their needs
• Knowledge of pet products, grooming services, and a passion for pets and pet care
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to handle point-of-sale systems and process transactions accurately
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to address customer concerns efficiently
• Previous experience in sales or retail is preferred but not required
• A positive attitude, flexibility to work on shifts
