Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Staff role based in Ahmedabad. The role involves engaging with customers, providing product information, answering inquiries, and assisting with purchases to ensure an excellent customer experience. Sales Staff are expected to manage inventory, maintain the appeal of product displays, and contribute to achieving sales targets by offering superior customer service. Additionally, the role includes addressing customer feedback and supporting promotional activities as needed. Qualifications Customer service and communication skills, including the ability to interact effectively and professionally with customers Sales and persuasion skills to meet and exceed sales targets Organizational and multitasking abilities to manage inventory and maintain displays Problem-solving skills for addressing and resolving customer inquiries and feedback Basic knowledge of point-of-sale (POS) systems and ability to adapt to store operations Proficiency in regional languages and local cultural awareness is an advantage Enthusiasm towards learning about products and promoting them effectively
