Your role includes leading a high-performing team, managing inventory efficiently, and ensuring the store's profitability while upholding the prestige and standards associated with luxury retail. Requirements Key Responsibilities: Sales & Revenue: Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets. Set clear sales goals and motivate the team to achieve them. Customer Service: Establish and maintain high customer service standards. Address customer feedback promptly and cultivate a customer-first culture. Team Leadership: Lead, coach, and inspire store staff to deliver exceptional performance. Organize training and development initiatives to enhance team capabilities. Inventory Control: Manage inventory levels, ensure stock accuracy, and minimize shrinkage. Operational Management: Oversee daily store operations ensuring compliance with company policies. Maintain store presentation, cleanliness, and organization to luxury standards. Financial Oversight: Control store budgets, analyze sales metrics, and contribute to financial goals. Compliance & Standards: Ensure adherence to legal requirements, company policies, and industry regulations. Visual Merchandising: Supervise visual merchandising to create an inviting and luxurious shopping environment.
