Job Description

 Conduct regular visits to multiple store locations to audit operationsand provide hands-on support. Train, guide, and motivate store teams to achieve sales and customerservice targets. Implement and monitor standard operating procedures (SOPs) acrossall assigned stores. Analyse performance metrics and take corrective actions to improveproductivity and profitability. Act as the primary liaison between stores and corporate teams toensure smooth communication and execution. Support new store openings, staff onboarding, and temporaryperformance interventions. Ensure compliance with company policies, visual merchandisingstandards, and safety regulations.
