Store Manager

About the Role: We’re looking for someone who can take complete ownership of our store – which includes all props used for shoots and products of our in-house brands. You’ll also be responsible for coordinating with the warehouse team for packing and dispatch.What You’ll Be Responsible For:  Store & Props Management: Maintain a clean, well-organised prop store Track all props, costumes, and shoot supplies Issue and receive props for shoot teams with proper records Flag broken or missing items Keep an updated list of all items (with photos, condition, etc.)  Product Inventory Management: Manage daily inventory of our in-house brand products Maintain stock sheets, movement logs, and low-stock alerts Coordinate with warehouse guy for packing orders Ensure proper packaging, labeling, and dispatch tracking  Excel Work: Create and manage advanced Excel sheets (filters, formulas, lookups, etc.) Maintain reports for stock in/out, damaged/lost items, and dispatch records Who We’re Looking For: Someone with 2+ years of experience in store/inventory/warehouse management Very good with Excel – VLOOKUP, pivot tables, filters, conditional formatting, etc. Extremely organised and detail-oriented Comfortable working with production teams and handling physical products Reliable, takes ownership, and keeps the store running smoothly Bonus if you have: Experience in a creative/studio/production setup Managed both physical and digital inventories Worked with dispatch or warehouse coordination
