Store Manager

• Staff Management:Hiring, training, scheduling, and supervising store staff and volunteers, creating a positive work environment, and providing feedback and performance evaluations.
• Inventory and Stock Control:Monitoring stock levels, placing orders for new supplies, managing inventory records, conducting stocktakes, and minimizing stockouts and overstocking.
• Customer Service:Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, handling customer inquiries and complaints, and building positive relationships with the school community.
• Store Operations:Overseeing the daily operations of the store, maintaining a clean and hygienic environment, ensuring proper merchandising, and implementing store policies and procedures.
• Financial Management:Managing store budgets, controlling expenses, and preparing reports on sales, inventory, and profitability.
• Compliance and Safety:Ensuring compliance with school policies, health and safety regulations, and loss prevention measures.
• Marketing and Sales:Implementing strategies to promote products and increase sales to meet the needs of the school community.

• Basic Computer Skills: Proficiency in using inventory management software and other relevant systems.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent is typically required.
• Previous retail or management experience is beneficial.
• Experience in a school environment or with youth-focused retail is a plus.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
