Job Title: Store Manager Location: Last Gate, Dispur, Guwahati, Assam, India Employment Type: Full-Time Department: Retail Operations Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Manager to oversee the daily operations of our retail store. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing staff, ensuring excellent customer service, maintaining inventory levels, and driving sales performance. The Store Manager will play a key role in creating a positive shopping experience while ensuring the store runs efficiently and profitably. Key Responsibilities: Manage the day-to-day operations of the store, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning. Supervise and lead a team of sales associates and support staff. Set sales targets and motivate the team to meet or exceed goals. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service. Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers for timely replenishment. Implement merchandising strategies to optimize product displays and maximize sales. Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional manner. Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and safety protocols. Prepare and submit regular sales reports, staff schedules, and performance reviews. Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety regulations, and legal requirements. Requirements: Minimum 1 year of experience. Proven experience as a Store Manager, Retail Manager, or similar role. Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks. Knowledge of retail management best practices. Proficient in MS Office; familiarity with POS systems is a plus. High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
