We are hiring for "STORE MANAGER" Experience: 5+ Years Qualification : Any Graduate Salary : Up to 30K Location: Manikonda Industry: Fashion / Apparel / Retail Employment Type: Full-time   Key Responsibilities: ·        Oversee all aspects of store operations including sales, customer service, inventory management, and visual merchandising ·        Achieve and exceed store sales targets and KPIs ·        Lead, motivate, and manage a team of sales associates; provide training and development ·        Ensure high standards of customer service and build a loyal customer base ·        Maintain visual merchandising standards as per brand guidelines ·        Monitor stock levels, manage stock replenishment and conduct inventory audits ·        Handle store-level HR tasks including scheduling, performance reviews, and conflict resolution ·        Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures ·        Report on store performance, sales trends, and customer feedback to Area/Regional Manager ·        Maintain a safe and clean store environment in line with health and safety guidelines   Requirements: ·        Minimum 5 years of experience as a Store Manager or Assistant Manager in the fashion or apparel industry ·        Proven track record of achieving sales targets and leading successful teams ·        Strong knowledge of fashion trends, brands, and customer preferences ·        Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills ·        Customer-focused with a strong sense of commercial awareness ·        Proficient in using POS systems and MS Office Suite ·        Flexibility to work retail hours including weekends and holidays
