Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning. Lead, train, and motivate staff to deliver outstanding customer service. Drive sales performance and achieve monthly revenue targets. Manage inventory, stock levels, and visual merchandising in line with brand standards. Handle customer concerns with professionalism and build lasting relationships. Monitor store expenses and contribute to profitability.
