Job Description Store Manager, Premium Women-Wear Store Job Summary : We are seeking a dedicated and experienced women professional Store Manager to oversee the operations of our new women's workwear store in Pune, Pan Card Club Road. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing daily store operations, achieving sales targets, and ensuring excellent customer service. Responsibilities: · Manage day-to-day store operations, including staff scheduling, inventory oversight, and adherence to operational standards. · Ensure a high level of customer engagement by fostering a welcoming, supportive atmosphere and offering personalized assistance. · Demonstrate strong communication skills—verbal and non-verbal—to effectively interact with customers and team members. · Represent the brand with a pleasing and well-groomed personality, setting an example for the team and enhancing customer trust and experience. · Build and nurture lasting customer relationships, encouraging repeat visits and brand loyalty through personalized service and follow-up. · Monitor and manage inventory, coordinating with backend teams to ensure availability of key products. · Resolve customer issues with empathy and efficiency, maintaining the brand’s reputation for service excellence. · Drive sales performance by setting clear targets and coaching the team to consistently achieve goals. · Lead recruitment, onboarding, and continuous training to build a skilled, motivated, and customer- focused team. · Maintain an inviting and well-organized store environment that reflects the brand’s aesthetic and appeals to our target clientele. · Uphold brand guidelines, health & safety protocols, and company policies to ensure seamless operations. · Lead the execution of in-store promotional activities and seasonal campaigns to maximize visibility and sales. Requirements: · Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role at a reputed retail store. Knowledge of retail management best practices. · Comfortable in working on weekends; holiday will be Tuesdays (as per market norm) · Excellent communication and customer service skills. · Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays. · Bachelor’s degree in business administration or relevant field preferred. · Familiarity with inventory management software is a plus. · Passion for women's fashion and workwear trends. Key Responsibilities Social Media Content Creation Plan, create, and publish engaging content for Vimokana's social media channels (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube). Develop a monthly content calendar aligned with campaigns, product launches, and brand storytelling. Write creative, brand-aligned captions, hooks, and CTAs. Video Creation and Editing Shoot and edit short-form videos (Reels, Stories, behind-the-scenes, styling tips, and interviews). Handle product and model shoots setting up basic lighting, framing, and audio capture. Edit using Filmora, CapCut, VN, or similar tools to create clean, modern edits suitable for social media. Ensure consistency in tone, visuals, and storytelling. Visual & Graphic Design Create static visuals, carousels, GIFs, or short animations using Canva, Photoshop, or Illustrator. Maintain brand aesthetics across all digital assets (colors, typography, logo usage, tone). Community & Analytics Monitor engagement (comments, DMs, mentions) and respond in a brand-aligned tone. Track key social metrics (reach, engagement, follower growth) and report insights weekly. Stay updated with social trends and propose new ideas or formats to improve reach. Collaboration Work closely with the product, marketing, and design teams to align social content with campaigns and e-commerce promotions. Support shoot planning and coordination, managing locations, schedules, and props. Requirements 13 years of experience in social media management or content creation (fashion or lifestyle brand preferred). Experience in fashion, apparel, or D2C lifestyle brands. Strong hands-on skills in short-form video creation and basic editing. Familiar with tools like Filmora, CapCut, VN, Canva, or Adobe Premiere Rush. Good sense of visual composition, fashion styling, and storytelling. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Organized, creative, and proactive with the ability to meet deadlines.
