Job Description

Drive daily/weekly/monthly sales to meet or exceed targets. Supervise, coach, and motivate in-store staff to ensure high performance. Manage store opening, closing, cash handling, and overall operational discipline. Maintain proper visual merchandising as per brand SOPs. Handle inventory – from stock inwarding and display to reorder planning. Resolve customer complaints promptly and ensure satisfaction. Track key performance indicators: footfall, conversion rate, UPT, ATV. Prepare daily sales reports and stock movement summaries. Ensure adherence to safety, hygiene, and loss prevention standards. Coordinate with area/cluster managers for updates and improvements. Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Experience: Apparel : 2 years (Required) Store Manager: 3 years (Required) Language: English (Required) Work Location: In person
