Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities Manage daily store operations, including opening/closing procedures, cash handling, and inventory management. Oversee sales floor appearance, ensuring visual merchandising standards are met and maintained. Develop and implement strategies to reduce shrinkage and improve profitability. Supervise a team of retail staff members, providing guidance on customer service, product knowledge, and performance expectations. Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. Desired Candidate Profile 8-10 years of experience in retail management or related field. Strong understanding of retail operations, including planning, execution, and control processes. Excellent communication skills with ability to lead cross-functional teams. Proficiency in SAPs (Systems Applications Products) software preferred but not required.
