Job Description

 Role Overview We are hiring a Retail Store Manager to lead Roop Vatika’s luxury couture store. This role combines sales leadership, team management, and client service excellence. You will be the face of the brand, driving store performance while ensuring every client experience reflects our couture heritage. Responsibilities - Oversee daily store operations, merchandising, and inventory - Lead, train, and motivate a high-performing sales team - Build and maintain strong client relationships through personalized service - Drive sales targets with strategic planning and clienteling - Ensure brand presentation and store aesthetics are consistently on point - Coordinate store events and seasonal launches - Analyze KPIs and prepare performance reports - Align with design and marketing on visual and experiential brand goals Requirements - 5–8 years of experience in retail management within the luxury, couture, or designer fashion industry. - Strong leadership, sales, and customer service skills - Deep knowledge of ethnic and couture fashion - Tech-savvy with POS, CRM, and inventory systems - In-depth knowledge of fashion trends, styling, and customer preferences in couture and ethnic wear.
