Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Store Manager cum Sales Executive to oversee day-to-day showroom operations while driving sales. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, an eye for design, and the ability to provide an excellent customer experience. Key Responsibilities Store Management Manage the complete operations of the home décor showroom. Maintain store cleanliness, ambiance, product displays, and visual merchandising standards. Track inventory levels, update stock records, and coordinate with vendors for replenishment. Handle billing, cash counter operations, and daily cash reconciliation. Ensure adherence to store policies, safety standards, and company SOPs. Sales & Customer Service Welcome customers and guide them through product ranges (furniture, décor items, lighting, furnishings, etc.). Understand customer needs and recommend ideal products or design combinations. Demonstrate product features, materials, and pricing. Prepare quotations, negotiate prices, and close sales confidently. Follow up with leads, coordinate deliveries, and ensure post-sales satisfaction. Team Coordination Supervise showroom staff and allocate daily tasks. Train team members in sales techniques, product knowledge, and customer service. Monitor team performance and help achieve monthly sales targets. Reporting & Administration Maintain sales records, customer data, and daily/weekly reports. Coordinate with management for promotional activities, marketing, and events. Manage vendor communications and logistics scheduling. Required Skills & Qualifications Proven experience in retail sales; home décor / interior products experience preferred. Strong communication, negotiation, and customer-handling skills. Good understanding of décor trends, aesthetics, and space planning. Ability to handle store operations independently. Basic computer proficiency (MS Excel, POS/billing software). Pleasant personality and professional attitude. Salary & Benefits Salary: 12K to 24K Incentives: Monthly sales incentives + performance bonuses
