Job Title: Store Manager cum Marketing Executive Experience: 1–2 Years Location: Hyderabad, serilingampally  Employment Type: Full-Time Job Summary: We are looking for a proactive individual to oversee the management and maintenance of all our store branches while also handling marketing activities to promote our brand. The candidate will ensure smooth operations, maintain standards across stores, and support marketing initiatives to drive sales and visibility. Key Responsibilities: ✅ Store Management & Maintenance Supervise the daily operations of all branches Ensure stores are clean, organized, and well-maintained Monitor inventory and stock levels across branches Coordinate maintenance work and ensure stores are in proper working condition Ensure compliance with safety and operational standards ✅ Marketing Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns across branches Promote brand visibility through offline and online initiatives Support social media promotions and local marketing activities Collect customer feedback and help improve store performance ✅ Reporting Prepare regular reports on store operations, maintenance, and marketing activities Suggest improvements for efficiency and customer experience Required Skills: Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Knowledge of retail operations and store maintenance Basic marketing and promotional skills Good communication and leadership skills Computer literacy (MS Office, reporting tools)
