Industry: Jewellery Retail

Salary: Competitive + Attractive Incentives (based on experience & last drawn salary)

Experience: Minimum 3-8 years in jewellery retail only (Store Management experience preferred)

Language: Fluent in English & local language (mandatory)

Qualification: Minimum Graduation (12th pass candidates with strong jewellery retail experience can also apply)

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate the store team to achieve sales and operational goals.

• Deliver superior customer service and maintain long-term client relationships.

• Manage stock levels, product display, and visual merchandising as per brand standards.

• Implement and track sales strategies, promotions, and upselling initiatives.

• Train, mentor, and evaluate team members to ensure top performance.

• Monitor store KPIs and prepare daily/weekly sales reports.

• Resolve escalated customer concerns promptly and professionally.

• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and audit requirements.

Candidate Profile

Mandatory: Minimum 3-8 years of experience in jewellery retail (store management or senior sales roles).

• Strong leadership, communication, and customer-handling skills.

• Excellent product knowledge of gold, diamond, and/or silver jewellery.

• Professional appearance with a customer-centric approach.

• Ability to handle targets and maintain operational efficiency.
