Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Lead and manage the
store operations
including inward, storage, and outward of goods (FIFO/FEFO compliance).
Maintain
accurate inventory records
in ERP/Tally and ensure timely stock reconciliations.
Oversee
stock audits
(daily/weekly/monthly) and report discrepancies.
Ensure
hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety compliance
in the store area.
Supervise and guide store staff for
loading/unloading, stacking, and dispatch
.
Coordinate with
procurement, production, QC, sales, and logistics teams
for seamless operations.
Implement and monitor
SOPs, safety, and security procedures
in the store.
Analyze
stock movements, consumption patterns, and aging reports
for better planning.
Support management in
cost optimization, vendor coordination, and supply chain efficiency
.

Preferred candidate profile

Strong knowledge of
warehouse/store management systems
(ERP/Tally/MS Excel).
Leadership and team management skills.
Detail-oriented with excellent
analytical and problem-solving
abilities.
Strong communication and interdepartmental coordination.
Knowledge of
food safety norms and factory compliance
.
