Store Manager

Role Summary

The Store Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Polar Bear Ice Cream store. This includes managing staff, ensuring high-quality customer service, maintaining hygiene and operational standards, driving sales, and achieving store profitability. The ideal candidate will be a motivated leader with a passion for food service and people management.

Key Responsibilities

1. Store Operations:

• Supervise daily store activities, ensuring smooth functioning of operations.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the supply team for stock replenishment.
• Maintain hygiene, food safety, and cleanliness standards as per company SOPs.
• Ensure all equipment and machinery are in working condition.

2. Sales & Customer Service:

• Achieve monthly sales and profitability targets.
• Deliver excellent customer experience and promptly resolve customer complaints.
• Implement upselling and cross-selling strategies to increase sales.

3. Team Management:

• Recruit, train, and supervise store staff including shift leads and crew members.
• Schedule shifts and manage attendance, payroll inputs, and performance evaluations.
• Motivate the team to maintain high service standards and positive work culture.

4. Reporting & Compliance:

• Maintain accurate daily sales, cash, and expense records.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and statutory regulations.
• Submit periodic operational reports to the Area Manager.

5. Marketing & Brand Execution:

• Implement local marketing activities and brand promotions as directed by the marketing team.
• Ensure proper display of promotional materials and visual merchandising.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
