Job Description

Dear Candidate,

We are hiring for Retail Store Manager & Sales Associates for our stores in Hyderabad, Tiruchirappalli, Bengaluru, Chennai.

Roles and Responsibilities

Manage daily store operations, including inventory management, stock replenishment, and shrinkage control.
Lead a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
Analyze KPIs to optimize store performance and implement strategies for improvement.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Desired Candidate Profile

1-6 years of experience in retail management or related field.
Strong skills in store management, retail sales, team management, sales, retail operations, floor management, KPI analysis, and shrinkage control.
