Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and responsible Store Manager to oversee daily operations at Amartex Family Mart. The ideal candidate will be accountable for staff management, inventory control, sales targets, and ensuring excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage store staff and ensure smooth daily operations
Achieve sales targets and monitor KPIs
Maintain stock levels and manage inventory
Ensure store cleanliness, merchandising, and visual display standards
Resolve customer queries and complaints efficiently
Implement promotional activities and local marketing strategies
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

Qualifications:

Graduate with 8+ years of experience in retail management
Strong leadership and communication skills
Hands-on experience in retail sales and team handling
